Adding Manual Entries
When to Add Entries
Add entries whenever something happens that you want documented:
- After a phone call with your co-parent
- When you notice something about your child's behavior
- After doctor appointments
- When agreements are made verbally
- For positive moments you want to remember
- When concerns arise
Step-by-Step
- Go to Timeline
- Click "Add Entry" or the + button
- Enter details:
- Title — Brief summary
- Date/Time — When did this happen?
- Category — Medical, School, Behavioral, Agreement, Positive, etc.
- Description — Full details
- Related Children — Which children does this involve?
- Sentiment (optional) — How you're feeling about this
- Click Save
Entry Categories

Immutability Note
Once saved, Timeline entries cannot be edited or deleted. If you made an error:
- Add a new entry with the correction
- Reference the original entry
- The history of both entries is preserved
