Pinning Items to Timeline

What Can Be Pinned?

  • Messages — Individual messages or entire conversations
  • Calendar Events — Appointments, transitions, activities
  • Expenses — Significant costs
  • Documents — Important files

How Pinning Works

  1. Find the item you want to pin
  2. Click the Pin icon (📌)
  3. Add context:
    • Category — What type of item is this?
    • Private notes — Your thoughts (only you see these)
    • Related children — Who does this concern?
  4. Save to Timeline

Why Pin?

Pinning creates a curated record of significant items:

  • Agreements in messages — "She agreed to pay for camp"
  • Pattern evidence — Multiple late pickups
  • Commitments — "He said he'd handle the registration"
  • Important dates — Key appointments or events

Pinned items are easier to find than searching through all messages or expenses.
