Adding Extended Family
Who Can Be Added?
- Grandparents
- Stepparents
- Aunts and uncles
- Other caregivers
- Anyone involved in the children's lives
Access Levels
View Only
- Can see the calendar
- Cannot make changes
- Cannot see private communications
Calendar Contributor
- Can add events
- Cannot modify custody schedule
- Good for grandparents who coordinate activities
How to Add
- Go to Settings → Family Members
- Click "Add Family Member"
- Enter their email
- Select their role and access level
- Send invitation
